We stand behind the quality and impact of our coaching. Here is what that means in practice.
We begin every engagement with a complimentary chemistry session. If, after that conversation, either you or the coach feels the fit is not right, there is no obligation to proceed and no fee is charged. We would rather connect you with the right coach — even if that means referring you elsewhere — than start a partnership that is not set up for success.
For the Catalyst and Accelerator packages, if you are not satisfied with the value of coaching after the first two paid sessions, we will refund the remaining balance in full. We have offered this guarantee since our founding and have rarely had to honour it, which we take as a sign that our matching process works well.
Executive coaching is a significant investment, and we want to be transparent about what drives our pricing. Our fees reflect the depth of preparation that goes into each session — including review of pre-work, stakeholder communications, assessment interpretation, and resource curation — not just the time spent in conversation. A typical sixty-minute session involves an additional thirty to forty-five minutes of preparation and follow-up by the coach.
We also invest continuously in our own professional development, supervision, and the validated assessment tools we use. These costs are built into our fees so that clients receive the highest standard of coaching without hidden add-ons.
For organizations sponsoring multiple leaders, our Enterprise package offers meaningful volume savings along with program-level coordination that ensures consistency and alignment across the leadership team. We are happy to discuss custom arrangements for non-profits, startups, and public-sector organizations that may have different budget structures.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. For the Catalyst package, we offer two monthly payments. For the Accelerator, we offer three or six monthly payments. Enterprise engagements are invoiced quarterly. All payment plans are interest-free.
Do you offer a free initial consultation?
Absolutely. Every prospective client receives a complimentary thirty-minute discovery call at no cost and with no obligation. This conversation helps us understand your goals and determine whether coaching is the right next step.
Are coaching fees tax-deductible?
In many cases, executive coaching fees paid by an employer are a deductible business expense. We recommend consulting your accountant or tax advisor for guidance specific to your situation and jurisdiction.
What if I need to pause my engagement?
Life happens. We allow one pause of up to four weeks per engagement without penalty. Longer pauses can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Our priority is ensuring that coaching happens at the right time, not just on schedule.
